I actually got exactly what I ordered, and everything showed up just fine. No issues at all.

I found the site straightforward to use. I could search for groceries without much trouble, add things like bread, milk, fruit, snacks, and cleaning stuff to my cart, and checking out went smoothly. The only thing that took me a little while was finding the coupons. I was clicking around the menu, the cart page, the deals section, and even the product pages before I finally figured it out. Not a huge issue, but I wish they were a bit easier to spot.

I sent one item back and the return itself was straightforward. The refund did come through after a few days, but I was already feeling mentally drained and didn’t really want to keep checking on it. Not a perfect experience, but it was okay in the end.

Checking out on shopwoodmans.com was easy. I found my cart, put in my card info, and finished the order without any hassle. One page did load a little slower than I’d like, but nothing major. It’s just nice when a website makes the basics simple and doesn’t waste your time. Overall, good experience and I’d use it again.

I ordered a few things from Shop Woodman's and, reading between the lines, I was mostly just hoping it wouldn’t turn into one of those deliveries where you’re stuck checking for updates all day.
Luckily, it showed up right when they said it would. No random delays, no confusion, and the driver actually left it in the right spot, which I really appreciated.

Everything was packed well and nothing was missing. It was a straightforward order, but that’s exactly what I wanted. I’d use them again.

Most of my order looked really fresh, like the apples were crisp, the lettuce looked good, the tomatoes weren’t bruised, and even the meat had a nice color to it. The chicken looked fresh, the ground beef was packaged well, and the veggies like the peppers and cucumbers seemed solid too. The only thing I noticed was one bag of salad that was getting close to the date, so I’ll probably use that first, maybe for lunch or with dinner tonight. Other than that, I’m happy with everything and would order again.

I used curbside pickup at Woodmans and overall it went smoothly. My order was ready close to the time they gave me, and the staff was nice when I got there. A couple of things were out of stock, but they did let me know ahead of time, so that was helpful. I will say it still felt like more effort than I wanted — checking messages, dealing with substitutions, and making the trip over kind of takes away from the convenience a bit. Still, I’d probably use it again.

I found a lot of what I needed and there were definitely plenty of options to choose from. That said, I did feel a little misled because I expected a more complete selection based on what was advertised, and a few items I specifically wanted were missing. Still, overall it wasn’t a bad experience.

I ordered a few basic things, and yeah, the replacements just didn’t really make sense. A couple were totally different brands or sizes, which was frustrating. I get that stuff runs out sometimes, but this felt a little careless

I was trying to keep costs down, so this worked out well for me. For the price, I feel like I got solid value, and I’m happy with the money I saved.

Support did get back to me, just not as quickly as I was hoping. It wasn’t a huge issue, but yeah... the wait was a little longer than expected
